"Let's Change Together"
Let's Change Together is a project in which volunteers from the MTP Group were involved in activities for the Care and Treatment Facility and Medical Rehabilitation in Poznań. Employees helped, among other things, by renovating the premises, installing benches and flower pots, and planting almost a thousand plants. The project promotes cooperation between the business sector and medical institutions, emphasizing the power of joint action.
"Get excited about cycling" campaign
The "Get Cycling" campaign as part of the competition for the Cycling Capital of Poland was aimed at our employees. From June 1 to 30, 2024, every activity on a bike counted, both on the way to and from work and during weekend rides. It is important that they are registered at the right time and via the "Active Cities" application.
MTP Group on the podium in the corporate cycling competition
This year's new campaign was a cycling competition of Poznań companies, in which Grupa MTP took second place. The Grupa MTP team consisted of 47 people , who together rode as much as 16,879.69 kilometers .
This is a fantastic result, which is best demonstrated by the position in the ranking – second place among Poznań companies and fourth place among all groups gathering cyclists from Poznań.
IP Friendly Initiative
As the first in Poland, we introduced the innovative IP Friendly initiative, which responds to the real business needs of the exhibition industry. We offer flexible and effective tools for the protection of intellectual property rights, contributing to building awareness of their essence among entrepreneurs. The procedure is intended primarily for exhibitors. We have created a flexible, fast, most informal and transparent procedure for resolving this type of dispute. As a result, the expert will decide whether there has been an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be able, for example, to order the removal of a given exhibit from the stand.
Ecotechnologies IDEA Expo
We implement a modern exhibition system focused on recovery or an LED system that completely eliminates the formation of exhibition waste. It is important in the process to give a second life to the fabrics used to create the stand. Thanks to the new system, we can significantly reduce the number of boards, which until now were the basic material for building stands. We also avoid time-consuming processing, and therefore we shorten the assembly time and the amount of materials used. Thanks to signing a contract for the collection of recyclable waste, raw chipboards, MFP and OSB boards, as well as other wooden waste (e.g. square timber) will go to a special container and be used for the production of new boards. Additionally, we are testing a latex-free floor covering that is 100% recyclable. In the second half of 2021, it will become a permanent part of our offer.
"Pass it on" - we don't waste food at fairs
The project was launched in March 2022. To sum up, at the beginning of October 2023, we donated over 700 kg of food to the beneficiaries of Caritas Poznań and the Wielkopolski Food Bank. Currently, this support is used by refugees from Ukraine, but of course also by people struggling with homelessness. This number includes, among others: sandwiches, cookies. The technological operator of the "Pass it on" project is the zio food application, which gives organizations the opportunity to choose and order food for free. Due to the current calendar of fair events, the autumn season will also include responsible management of surplus food and passing it on to those most in need.
The "Pass it on" project is part of the MTP Group's CSR strategy and supports the Sustainable Development Goals under the UN 2030 Agenda. Details: https://przekazdalej.ziofood.pl/

In addition to its core trade fair activities, Grupa MTP has in its portfolio brands that operate in the spirit of considered development.
Green Shelters
This is an entity operating in the outdoor advertising market. In 2020, he launched a pilot eco-district in Poznań. It is the first system of green roofs on canopies in Poland. The stops are made of aluminum, glass and wood. Sedum grows on the roofs to collect rainwater, increasing water retention in the city and relieving sewerage. It also absorbs dust and small impurities etc.
We support local suppliers
This is a gastronomic concept that prepares meals according to the seasonality and purchases from local suppliers. It is an atmospheric place on the premises of Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie, which also provides take-away catering.
It works with the mission of not wasting food, and in conducting its activities, it takes care of the environmental aspects. A solar collector has been installed on the building, which is designed to heat water, which is then used in the cooking process.
The eastern hall in a social setting
The MTP Group provides a representative part of its infrastructure to help others. The eastern hall of the Fair was made available for the annual action of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. At the beginning of the war, we supported the people of Ukraine in solidarity by placing the national flag of that country on the building's facade.
