On behalf of the organizers of trade fairs and conferences we execute complex arrangement of space − stands, conference rooms, reception desks, changing rooms, ticket offices, signage etc.
Organization and technical support of events
We fully support a variety of professional events, indoors as well as outdoors. We can prepare an unforgettable event for your customers anywhere − on MTP fairgrounds, in the headquarters of your company or in any other specified location
Multimedia
We provide multimedia support for stands and events − AV - TV - IT equipment, including sound systems, lighting, LED screens, seamless screens and videowalls, videomapping, touch screens with applications etc.
Promotion
On request we prepare large format prints and advertising banners. We design and print promotional materials and deliver gadgets. You can also order the organization of a promotional mini-event at your stand: e.g. a culinary show, contest or demonstration for the audience.
Staff
We offer personnel hiring services. On request we order hostesses, interpreters, cleaning and security staff.
