Warsaw Once Again Hosts the ITTF 2025 International Travel Trade Fair
From November 20–22, 2025, the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw will once again become a meeting point for the tourism industry, travel enthusiasts, and everyone seeking inspiration for their next trip. This is the third edition of ITTF Warsaw, recognized as one of the most important tourism events in Central and Eastern Europe.

The ITTF Warsaw 2025 program spans three days, each designed with different audiences in mind. The first two days are dedicated to tourism professionals, travel agencies, tour operators, and representatives of the MICE, HR, and corporate purchasing sectors. The third day—Traveler’s Day—offers free admission for the general public and features meetings with travelers, regional presentations, contests, and attractions for anyone planning future trips.
Visitors will be able to meet exhibitors from dozens of countries, including popular vacation destinations, Polish regions, airlines, tour operators, and accommodation providers. The thematic scope of the fair includes outbound and inbound tourism, city breaks, incentive travel, luxury and sustainable tourism, as well as technological solutions and modern tourism marketing. Professionals can also use a dedicated B2B meeting-scheduling app to easily plan business conversations and make the most of their time at the fair.

ITTF Warsaw is organized by MTP Poznań EXPO Group, the leading trade fair organizer in Poland, in cooperation with the Polish Chamber of Tourism. Strong industry support, the presence of key partners, and relevant topics discussed during the event ensure a high level of expertise and help foster long-term business relationships.
ITTF Warsaw 2025 will take place from November 20–22, 2025, at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw.
