The Most Important Gaming Industry Awards Announced at Poznań Game Arena
During one of Poland's most significant gaming fairs, the Central & Eastern European Game Awards (CEEGA) Gala took place. This award recognizes the creators of the best video games from Central and Eastern Europe, marking the culmination of an annual poll that gathers industry leaders.
CEEGA is an initiative uniting 15 countries from Central and Eastern Europe with a mission to reward and promote the highest quality video games produced by studios from this region and released in the current year. Last year’s data highlights Central and Eastern Europe as a strong pillar of the global gaming industry, with over 1,000 active studios and nearly 30,000 skilled developers.
Since its inception in 2018, this competition has been highly respected in the industry, with the winners selected by an international jury, which in 2024 awarded prizes for categories including Best Game, Best Design, Music, and Debut of the Year.
