The world’s leading space industry event is coming to Poznań. During the closing ceremony of the 77th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Antalya, Türkiye, the flag of the International Astronautical Federation was officially handed over to Poland. This means that in 2027, Poznań and the MTP Poznań EXPO grounds will become the global capital of the space sector.

One Place Where the Entire Space Industry Comes Together

The International Astronautical Congress is the only annual event that brings together all the major global players in the space sector in one place. Every year, it attracts more than 6,000 participants from the worlds of science and industry. The congress has been organized by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) for more than 75 years.

Each edition takes place in a different country, with a new theme and a different local host.
