The City of Poznań and Grupa MTP to Host the ICCA Central European Chapter Meeting 2025
From August 31 to September 2, 2025, the City of Poznań and the Grupa MTP will host the prestigious ICCA Central European Chapter Meeting. The event will take place at the Poznań Congress Center, the most modern conference and congress center in the region.
The meeting will bring together ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association) members from over 20 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, ranging from Switzerland to Kazakhstan. The event's program will be announced next year.
The ICCA Central European Chapter Meeting is a key event for the meetings industry, aimed at building and strengthening relationships and cooperation among association members. For the City of Poznań, this represents an important step in strengthening its position within ICCA structures and increasing its visibility on the international stage.
Poznań Convention Bureau has been a member of ICCA for 16 years, and the MTP Group and Poznań Congress Center have been part of the association for over 6 years. This long-term involvement has resulted in another recognition for the city with the opportunity to host this prestigious event.
The ICCA Central European Chapter Meeting 2025 will not only provide an opportunity to exchange experiences and gain knowledge, but also to promote the tourism and business assets of Poznań and the surrounding region. This is another step towards positioning the City of Poznań as one of the key players in the Central and Eastern European meetings market.
“Having two exceptional destinations confirmed for 2025 and 2026 shows the incredible dynamism of our chapter,” emphasizes the ICCA Central European Chapter, highlighting the importance of choosing Poznań and Ljubljana (Slovenia) as the meeting destinations in the upcoming years.
The meeting in Poznań in 2025 will be a celebration of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among international leaders in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry. The success in securing this event was achieved thanks to the support and involvement of the City of Poznań, Poznań Convention Bureau, Poznań Local Tourist Organization, Polish Tourist Organization, and Poland Convention Bureau.
