From the beginning, Impact has been a phenomenon of the Polish conference market and has a significant impact on the development of innovation in the regions where it organizes its events.

 

What distinguishes the Impact conference is the participation of many foreign guests - strategic corporate partners are the largest companies with a global reach, such as Mastercard, Google, Microsoft, IBM, Allegro, AstraZeneca, Roche, Pfizer, Volkswagen, Deutsche Telcom, Uber, or Orange. 

The following events were announced at the Impact events: the launch of the Start in Poland program, the premiere of GovTech Polska and the National Reconstruction Plan. As part of the Impact Connected Edition '20, there was, among others, a working session of the V4 Group devoted to the future of the automotive sector, and during Impact mobility rEVolution'19 the Polish - Korean Economic Forum, or the Polish premiere of the first fully electric model in the Volkswagen group - VW ID.3.

Time for Poznań

 - After many months of analyzes of the potential of Polish cities and regions and dozens of talks all over Poland, we are convinced that strategic cooperation with Wielkopolska, Poznań and Grupa MTP will allow, within a few years, to take a decisive step towards creating an internationally competitive event with global ambitions - said the president of the Impact Foundation Urszula Hasiec.

- Grupa MTP, as the organizer of the most important industry events in Central and Eastern Europe, has been actively supporting the Polish economy for one hundred years, creating a space for exchange of ideas for environments related to business, innovation and entrepreneurship. I am glad that the organizers of Impact chose Poznań and the area of ​​the MTP Poznań Expo - emphasizes Tomasz Kobierski, Chairman of the Management Board of Grupa MTP.

- Our goal is not to organize the event individually; We would like the exchange of views during the Impact conference to become a spark that will ignite long-term cooperation at the business, public-private or scientific-academic level. Increasing the prestige of the location is also an opportunity to attract the most talented students, influential scientists, start-ups and venture capital investors, but also direct investments of global concerns - said Michał Kamiński, Vice President of the Impact Foundation.

Impact 2021

This year, Impact will take place on October 27-28. The event is 2 days of conference on 4 stages with over 400 speakers in 16 thematic tracks. Broadcasts of all speeches and discussion panels will be held on the largest and most important economic websites in Poland: WP.pl, money.pl, forsal.pl and 300Gospodarka.pl. Traditionally, the Money.pl Economic Award will be awarded during the autumn edition. As a conference venue, MTP Poznań Expo is undergoing a transformation: the new architecture of the place allows us to think about increasing the scale of events organized there.
