Cyryl Ratajski shaped Poznań into a center of business and entrepreneurship. Thanks to his vision, the General National Exhibition was held in 1929, and the Poznań International Fair began to thrive. His management principles and determination continue to inspire leaders today. What decisions would Cyryl Ratajski make if he lived in our times?

Using artificial intelligence, we have created a digital version of Cyryl Ratajski that offers advice on management and leadership. His key principles will be displayed on digital screens at bus stops across Poznań. With this initiative, we aim to remind the people of Poznań of their former Mayor and his forward-thinking, innovative mindset.

For this project, we invited Dr. Paweł Cieliczko, a board member of the Society of Friends of the City of Poznań, and Dr. hab. Jacek Trębecki, a professor at the Poznań University of Economics. We have prepared a series of films in which scholars analyze Ratajski’s principles and demonstrate their relevance today.

As part of the project, Grupa MTP also plans to organize an exhibition and workshops titled "Leadership in Ratajski’s Style." Participants will have the opportunity to learn about Cyryl Ratajski’s legacy and compare his views with contemporary management and economic theories.
