Tomasz Kobierski has been a member of the Management Board of Grupa MTP since 2007. Since 2017 he has been a member of the prestigious Board of Directors of UFI - Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. The Board makes decisions on the directions of activities taken by organizations that have an impact on international trade shows. Tomasz Kobierski is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Lublin Fair and a member of the Board of the Droma Association of Manufacturers of Woodworking Machines, Devices and Tools. Tomasz Kobierski graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics and completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona. Ever since the beginning of his professional career he has been involved with Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie (MTP Poznań Expo). As President of the Management Board of Grupa MTP he will replace Przemysław Trawa, who has been with the Poznań Fair since 1983.

Elżbieta Roeske is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics, where she graduated in management and marketing. She has been involved with Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie since 1995. Throughout that time she has held functions related to the management and organization of trade shows: from the position of a speaker, through the manager of the trade show organization team, project director, to the position of Product Group Director. Since 2018 Elżbieta Roeske has been the Vice President of the Management Board for the exhibition and congress center. Since January 2020 she has also been the Vice President of EU Relations at EMECA (European Major Exhibition Centers Association), a prestigious association gathering the most important exhibition centers and trade fair organizers in Europe.

Filip Bittner joins the Management Board of Grupa MTP. He is a graduate of the College of Foreign Languages in Poznań, Faculty of Philology, and the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Modern Languages. He acquired his managerial education and competences in financial management and the development of sales strategies at the Poznań School of Banking. He started his professional career in the Wielkopolska Promotion and Information Center in Poznań and in the Wielkopolska Tourist Organization. He has worked in the Poznań Fair since 2007. As of 2010 he has been the Product Group Director. In 2014 he became a member of the Supervisory Board of the Lublin Fair, where he supervises the company’s operations in all areas of its activity. Since 2019 he has also been the President of the Management Board of Nowy Adres S.A.
