MOVE 2026: Strategies for the Automotive and Transport Sectors
On May 27, 2026, the 8th edition of the MOVE Congress will take place at the Poznań Congress Center, turning industry challenges into actionable strategies. The event brings together business leaders and experts to jointly develop solutions for the new mobility sector in Europe.
The debates will focus on three key areas: automotive transformation, modernization of heavy-duty transport, and the implementation of zero-emission fleets. This is where the theory of green transport meets hard economics and total cost of ownership TCO. The program includes an analysis of electromobility processes, the role of local content in supply chains, and the future of dual-use technologies.

For the road transport sector, key discussions will address digitalization, the e-TOLL system, and heavy-duty charging infrastructure. The adoption of zero-emission vehicles in companies is no longer optional but is becoming a legal obligation driven by ESG regulations, the Omnibus package, and upcoming Clean Corporate Vehicles legislation. MOVE 2026 will enable participants to validate purchasing scenarios for electric and hydrogen vehicles based on current energy costs.

This year’s edition takes place within a unique ecosystem, held alongside ITM Industry Europe and the inaugural Dual Use Congress. This combination facilitates knowledge exchange between the civilian and defense sectors and provides access to the latest trends in vehicle manufacturing and software. The event will conclude with roundtable meetings aimed at developing proposals for new funding programs.
