Management Board

Members of the Management Board and the management are people with extensive experience, well-grounded substantive knowledge and extensive, practical knowledge of the industry. All Board Members have been cooperating with each other for years, which facilitates effective management of the company on a daily basis.

Robert Wielicki

President of the Management Board

Robert Wielicki is an experienced executive who has served for many years on the management boards of international companies operating in the consumer and investment sectors, including Onninen, Schneider Electric, and Glamox. He has been responsible for the development and execution of corporate strategy, business growth, optimization of operational processes, and the achievement of targeted financial results, effectively increasing the value of the organizations under his leadership.

Robert Wielicki is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He also holds a Canadian Executive MBA (CEMBA) from the University of Montreal (UQAM).

As President of the Management Board of the MTP Group, he is responsible not only for the organization and supervision of the Board’s work, but also for the coordination of key areas of activity of Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie (MTP Poznań Expo), in line with the internal allocation of responsibilities among the Members of the Management Board.

Marcin Bilik

VICE PRESIDENT OF GRUPA MTP

An experienced manager with nearly 30 years of professional experience, responsible for building and executing the strategy for a global publicly traded company. He served as the First Vice President of the Management Board for Operations at Amica S.A., where he oversaw fixed assets, the procurement of raw materials and components, and investments. He also held leadership positions in R&D, production, technology, quality, investments, service, and component procurement. He led international negotiations and participated in the acquisition of companies in European markets. Throughout his career, he has served on the supervisory boards of several foreign companies, as well as the local company Marcelin Management, which manages events, hotels, restaurants, and office space rental. He is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.

Filip Bittner

VICE PRESIDENT OF GRUPA MTP

A graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with a degree in Neo-philology and Poznań College of Modern Languages. He gained his managerial education and competence in financial management and sales strategy creation at the WSB University in Poznań. He has been associated with Grupa MTP since 2007. He acted in the capacity of Director of Grupa MTP Product Group as of 2010. He managed well known and recognised projects such as: Budma, Poznań Game Arena, Motor Show, Polagra Food / Tech / Gastro, Gardenia. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Targi Lublin S.A., and formerly of Nowy Adres S.A., he oversees the companies' operations across all areas. He is also a member of the University Council at the Poznań University of Physical Education.
