Editor-in-Chief / Editor-in-Chief

Place of work: Poznań

Your responsibilities:

  • planning a development strategy for a lifestyle or industry magazine;
  • comprehensive development of the topics of individual editions;
  • preparing your own journalistic materials (articles, interviews, videos, etc.);
  • acquiring texts from external authors and publishing partners;
  • coordination of typesetting, proofreading, printing and distribution of the magazine - cooperation with external entities;
  • preparing an advertising offer and coordinating sales;
  • participation in industry meetings and creating events organized by the editorial office;
  • analysis of current trends, research, obtaining and verifying information;
  • managing content distribution via the magazine's website and social media communication channels,
  • building a community around the title;
  • preparation and implementation of the title's budget.

Our expectations:

  • experience working as an editor;
  • excellent knowledge of the Polish language in speech and writing;
  • skills in working with text - substantive and linguistic editing;
  • creativity, commitment, availability;
  • ability to independently organize one's work, reliability, punctuality;
  • teamwork skills.
